Mr. Muhammad Al Misned is a Qatari national and graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. Mr. Al Misned is a sponsor and partner of companies taking on some of Qatar’s largest projects including QP District, Barwa Commercial Avenue, Qatar Rail and the metro.
Mr. Al Misned is a trained architect and entrepreneur. He started his first business in Qatar in 1999. Mr. Al Misned’s main businesses are in the areas of construction, transportation and business advisory and investment banking services for international companies. His companies do business with Qatar’s most prestigious clients and partners include Qatar Petroleum, Hochtief, Bilfinger SE and many others.
Additionally, he served as a supervisor for construction projects related to the construction of a network of Qatari Embassies aboard, including the land acquisition and relevant maintenance program and schedule.
Since 2007, he has owned several real estate companies with diversified portfolios and partnership with a number of foreign companies in Qatar. From 2002- 2007, Mr. Al Misned was the chief executive officer for a large Qatari real estate company, managing a number of mega construction projects in excess of US $5 billion.
From 2002-2004, he was the deputy manager for a finance company responsible for overall management and business operations of the company. He also served as the foreign projects manager for the Qatar Islamic Bank from 1997-2000. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Al Misned started his career in the Qatar Armed Forces as a project engineer.
An attorney by profession, Mr. Donald Jordan is currently a Managing Partner of Ocean Advisory. Mr. Jordan has been practicing law, specializing in international finance and banking since 1994. Mr. Jordan has extensive experience in finance and operations, syndications, letters of credit, captive insurance, regulatory compliance, workout/restructuring and litigation management. He also has broad experience in private placements, public equity offerings, debt offerings, securitizations and turnaround counseling.
Prior to Ocean, Mr. Jordan was the Managing Director of Atlantic Capital Group W.L.L., Qatar and prior to that he was Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel of Comerica Incorporated (USA) and its bank subsidiary Comerica Bank (www.comerica.com). Prior to working for Comerica, Mr. Jordan was Director of Corporate and Business Development in Pensat International Communications where he performed capital analysis to guide the company’s strategy and lines of business.

Mr. Mohammad Hamza is currently Managing Director of Ocean Advisory & Consulting W.L.L. He is a licensed real estate professional, specializing in residential and commercial real estate sales.
Mr. Hamza possesses a proven track record spanning over 22 years in the field sales and marketing. His regional experience includes structuring acquisitions and real estate transactions exceeding QAR 1.5 billion whilst employed as the General Manager of Del Mar Real Estate Development from 2008-2011 and a QAR 3 billion sales portfolio whilst employed as the Director of Sales at The Land Qatar (Part of the Al Rahji Group) from 2006-2008. In the US, Mr. Hamza concluded sales of multi-million dollar homes to high profile customers and was the second top residential and commercial realtor in 2006 among 85 other realtors.
Mr. Hamza also has a proven record in generating high volumes of revenues in other business sectors. He brings in a wealth of knowledge and skills in relationship management, analytical leadership with the ability to motivate sales, and critically, he has a extensive rolodex of high profile clients and possesses the ability to initiate and build solid relationships.

Mr. Aamir Khan is currently Managing Director of Ocean Advisory & Consulting. He is a Senior Investment Professional with over 20 years of experience in areas such as Real Estate, Corporate Finance and Private Equity. His key areas of expertise include Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate Investments & Development, Asset & Project management, Re-structuring and Business Development.
Previously, he was Director of Portfolio Investments & Strategy at Barwa, one of the largest Qatar based real estate development firms, where he was appointed to develop investment strategy for real estate and financial assets. During his tenure, he led delivery and performance of several multi-billion dollar transactions across the real estate sector, both regionally and internationally. He was actively involved in acquiring several income generating properties and was responsible for optimizing the value of several subsidiaries in the industrial and service sectors. He actively worked with Treasury to establish credit lines and structure deals to support fund raising efforts of $3.5bn for several key subsidiaries and projects. He was also responsible for negotiating exits from a portfolio of real estate assets in Germany, Paris, Turkey, and Saudi.
Prior to Barwa, Mr. Khan was the Global Head of Private Equity at UIB Capital where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and raising capital for deals in a variety of sectors such as technology, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, healthcare and logistics. He also led efforts to reduce corporate debt through securitization, refinancing, and divestment of non-core assets.
Mr. Khan has a Bachelors degree from University of Houston, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Mr. Fahad Qureshi is currently the Director of Investments at Ocean Advisory & Consulting W.L.L. Mr. Qureshi is a Senior Investment Professional with experience in mergers & acquisition, financial advisory, asset management, and business development.
Prior to Ocean, Mr. Qureshi worked at Robert W. Baird & Company, a full service investment banking firm in Chicago, USA. At Baird, Mr. Qureshi was involved in numerous financial transactions including mergers & acquisitions, equity offerings and other financial advisory transactions.
Mr. Qureshi has obtained his Series 7 license, which made him a general securities registered representative administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) allowing him to sell securities products. Mr. Qureshi has also obtained his Series 63 license, which allows the license holder to solicit orders for any type of security.
Mr. Qureshi received his MBA at Duke University and received a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign.
